WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Right off the bat, we are looking for licensed contractors like us, or entrepreneurs who will operate as licensed contractors. If you are not, or can’t work with a contractor, then we thank you for your time and attention, but this is not for you. There are many reasons for this, all covered on our web site.
IS THIS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS?
We are a legal business that is licensed, owned and operated in the state of Virginia because we live here. We are honest Americans. This is NOT a ‘get rich quick’ scheme or an arm of a foreign company. We have many existing licensees in a dozen states and are working on expanding.
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The opportunity is to start or expand your existing contracting business using our proprietary products as you install our unique state-of-the-art system. This system solves a very common problem. It does not treat the symptoms. This is a serious business and we need serious businessmen.
WHAT DOES THIS OPPORTUNITY COST?
Any and all information will cost you nothing. There is a cost for each territory offered. You make a small down payment on your territory only when you show up to receive training. You make additional payments only when you complete jobs. When the cost is paid in full, the territory is yours with no more payments due. The cost has been the same for any territory in any state for 20 years now.
WHY WOULD I DO THIS?
These products and what they do for customers will make you money. Profit margins are 50% or so for each job. We serve customers who need what we offer, so we do not have to use tricks and schemes.
IS THIS SYSTEM EASY TO SELL?

WHEN CAN I GET STARTED?
It is up to you. You can get started immediately if you are qualified, but you must attend training; 3 days; no cost except the hotel of your choice. We ask those interested to complete our 4 step due diligence process to ensure you feel informed and confident before you show up for training.
WHAT ABOUT THE TERRITORIES?
Every state is broken up into several territories. We’re not looking for a contractor on every street corner. Our Exclusive Territories are huge, and based on U.S. Census housing data. They offer every licensee ample opportunity to grow a large profitable business. Examples: CT has 3 territories; VA has 6. HUGE!
WHAT IS THE COMPETITION?
We have little to no competition because our purposefully engineered proprietary products are not available anywhere else. We do not treat symptoms of the problem like some companies. When customers understand that we actually fix their problem, they get excited. In fact, we fix things after other attempts fail. You will not have competition from our other licensees in your exclusive territory.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO QUIT?
Then you will owe not one penny more. You walk away. The territory reverts to us. We part as friends.
WHAT IS THE CATCH?
Simply, there is not one. We have no secrets. We want you to be successful and thus we are available to help you at any time, just ask our licensees. Of course if you are successful, we are successful.
